Have a look at our serrano peppers. They are very good at blending in, each time the wind would blow the pepper plant around, I'd see a few more serrano peppers hiding!

A fast post showing a few new Anaheim peppers
Anaheim peppers growing in our Arizona garden. Not sure if it's only my Anaheim peppers, but these all seem to grow straight up!? Strange.
