Making worm tea

Here is the irrigation line and emitters I will use to add air into the mixture.

Clip the airhose to the pantyhose with the clothespins.

Add in the pantyhose filled with worm castings.

Air pump.

Keep the air  pump above the water line so it will back flow into the  air pump.
\

Notice the large amount of bubbles, which indicate that the emitters work well at allowing air to ass through.
Let this sit for 2-4 days and then use as a foliar feed as well as pouring it on the garden and plants.

Grandma's molasses and pantyhose for making worm tea

Grandma's molasses and pantyhose.
Use the pantyhose to hold the worm casting in while it is submerged in water in the 5 gallon bucket. The molasses is a sugar source for the microorganisms to feed on.

Mix in 2 tablespoons.
