Not long after I wrote about our record breaking heat spell on Saturday, I heard on the late night Sunday news hour that we broke another high temp record Sunday around the 2:30pm!
Sunday temp.'s reached the high mark of 111 degrees which beats the previous record of 107 degrees set back in 1962.
Today, Monday, might break yet another record according to the news. It seems like summer was almost gone, but had to peek it's head back in to say "don't get too comfortable yet". The good news is that we might get some rain in mid week...I don't think we will, but it helps you make it through these hot days, lol.
FYI, it's about 6:30am right now and already 92 degrees :)
